What you receive, and when

• Within minutes of connecting a store — your first full scan runs and the results appear in your dashboard.
• Every Monday — an email digest listing what is leaking, what is at stake, and what changed since the previous week.
• Continuously — access to your dashboard, your closure ledger, and every report you have generated, for as long as your subscription is active.

Access

Sign in at https://revenuecue.co with the email address used at checkout. Access is not limited by device or location, and there is no seat limit within your plan’s store allowance.

If something does not arrive

If your account has not upgraded within a few minutes of payment, email support@tantra-gyan.com with the email address you paid with. We respond within 24 hours on business days and will either fix the access or refund the charge.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You are charged at the start of each period. Cancel any time from your account page — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Merchant of record

Where Paddle is used for checkout, Paddle.com Market Limited, Paddle.com Inc., or another Paddle entity acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation and collection where applicable, and billing support relating to the transaction.
